2. Refunds and Cancellations

Almost everything we sell are services. And we don’t provide refunds for services rendered. Although you are allowed to cancel the services without having a refund at all, depending upon the reason of cancellation and the amount of service already rendered, we might be able to provide you with a partial refund, provided it’s is asked for within 15 days of payment. Contact us if you wish to have a partial refund or just a cancellation without refund. You would need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase in such a case.

In case your ask for a partial refund we would evaluate the amount that can be refunded to you at our sole discretion, and provide you with the refund offer, in case any refund is possible. Once the refund offer is given by us, it shall be final and binding on you in the event you choose to proceed with the refund. Should you fail to accept the refund offer within 72 hours after being sent to you, you acknowledge that the refund offer might be deemed cancelled by you (in other words, you choose to continue using the services and don’t want the refund) and you would lose the eligibility to claim any refund for that order in the future. That 72 hour timeline is because expenses continue to occur on our end until you decide with the refund offer. In the event you change your mind and decide to continue with the services after getting a refund offer, you won’t stand eligible to get any refund for that particular order in the future.

If you choose to proceed with the refund in time, refund will be processed either in the original mode of payment or bank transferred to you, which will be credited within 7 to 12 working days.

We might keep track of users that ask for refund more often and such users might not stand eligible for refunds on any order, unless we determine otherwise. In the event you choose to get the refund or go for a cancellation, your services shall stand cancelled and would cease to function and work. Transaction charges, third party addons/plugins/service/ad purchases, domain and hosting expenses incurred will not be refunded in any case. Any transaction charges and currency conversation differences incurred while providing refund shall to be born by you.
