4.1. How and why

We, like many companies, use cookies, various identifiers and other tracking technologies on our Service(s), including HTTP cookies, HTML5 and Flash local storage, web beacons/GIFs, embedded scripts and e-tags/cache browsers etc. (All together referred to as trackers henceforth.)

We use both persistent (which remain until you delete them) and session (temporary, like those which remain only until you close your browser) trackers.

On some platforms, along with other trackers we also use identifiers for mobile devices (including Android Advertising ID and Advertising Identifier for iOS), or other first-party and third-party identifiers together.

We also use first-party and third-party trackers. First party trackers are used and controlled by us. Third-party trackers are controlled by third-parties and used mostly for the purpose of advertising and analytics.

We, along with third-party vendors such as Google use different kinds of trackers together to:

  • To enhance your experience, for example, by remembering your log-in status and viewing preferences from a previous use of our Service(s), to use when you later return to our Service(s).
  • Collect and Compile data about our Service(s) traffic and interactions in order to offer better service experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third-party services that track this information on our behalf.
  • Assess the performance of our Service(s), including as part of our analytic practices to improve the content offered through our Service(s).
  • Collect and Compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions, ad tracking and other ad service functions as they relate to our Service(s).
  • Deliver content, including ads, relevant to your interests on our Service(s) and third-party sites based on how you interact with our advertisements or content.
  • Tell us information, for example, whether you have visited our Service(s) before or if you are a new visitor and to help us identify the features in which you may have the greatest interest.
  • It may be used to prevent fraudulent activity and improve security.

Opting out: You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You can do this through your browser settings. Since every browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. Please note that if you choose to decline cookies, you may lose some of the functionality associated with our Service(s).

Please note that not all of our Service(s) use all of the trackers or all third party services as described in this document.

By using our Service(s) you agree to the use of cookies and other trackers as described in this document.

4.2. Google and Firebase services

We use Google services in our Services. By using our Service(s) you agree to the policy of Google as mentioned here:

Firebase Services are provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Any data collected will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers globally. By using our Service(s) you agree to the policy of Firebase as mentioned here:

We currently use the following firebase services or features:

  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Crash Reporting
  • Firebase Remote Config
  • Firebase Dynamic Links
  • Firebase Hosting

Google Analytics for Firebase helps us understand our users and how they use our apps including information about interactions with the user's mobile applications. Google Analytics for Firebase uses the data to provide analytics and attribution information. The precise information collected can vary by the device and environment. For more information see: It uses identifiers for advertising on mobile applications (for example, Android Advertising ID and Advertising Identifier for iOS), and we will collect the AAID and AIiOS to understand our users, but users who wish to opt-out of the AAID and AIiOS advertisement tracking and tracking by Google Analytics for Firebase can do so through device advertising settings for mobile apps (See opt out under Ads section).

Firebase Crash Reporting: For Crash Reporting, we collect information necessary to diagnose and resolve problems with mobile applications. It uses Instance IDs to measure number of users impacted by a crash.

Firebase Remote Config uses Instance IDs to select configuration values to return to end-user devices.

Firebase Dynamic Links uses device specs on iOS to open newly-installed apps to a specific page or context. Dynamic Links only stores device specs temporarily, to provide the service.

Firebase Hosting uses IP addresses of incoming requests to detect abuse and provide us with detailed analysis of usage data. Hosting retains IP data for a few months.

4.3. Use for Ads

Ads enables us to provide our Services for free or at low rates.

The advertising networks and/or content providers that deliver ads on our Service(s) may use cookies, various identifiers, trackers, pixels and/or other tracking technology to uniquely distinguish your web browser or device and keep track of information relating to serving ads on your web browser, or mobile app such as the type of ads shown and the pages on which the ads appear. Some of these companies may combine information they collect from our Service(s) with other information they have independently collected relating to your online activities across their network of websites. Mostly such collection of data based on your prior visits to our website or other websites, enables them and their partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet (also known as interest-based advertising). These companies collect and use this information under their own privacy policies.

MoPub, a division of Twitter, Inc. and Twitter International Company, provides advertising technology services that allows us to show ads. We use their services to serve you ads. By using our Service(s) you agree to the policy of MoPub as mentioned here: MoPub also integrates technology from its partners Integral Ad Science, Inc. (“IAS”) and Moat, Inc. (“Moat”) in order to support viewability measurement and other proprietary reporting that IAS and Moat provide to their advertiser and publisher clients. By using our Service(s) you agree to the policies of IAS as mentioned here: and that of Moat as mentioned here: At times we or our partners may collect, store, share, process, analyze or disclose IP Addresses, various identifiers, trackers, log data etc. of the users of our Service(s) for various purposes when we or our partners believe that any kind of click fraud, invalid activity, or any other activity which can cause or has the potential to cause any kind of harm to us, our partners or anybody else is going on.

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website. We also use Admob for serving ads on mobile applications. We use Google Analytics’ 3rd-party audience data such as age, gender and interests for better understanding the behavior of our users and work with companies that collect information about your online activities to provide advertising targeted to suit your interests and preferences. For example, you may see certain ads on this website or other websites because we contract with Google and other similar companies to target our ads based on information we or they have collected, including information that was collected through automated means (such as cookies and web beacons). These companies also use automated technologies to collect information when you click on our ads, which helps track and manage the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

We have implemented the following:

  • Remarketing with Google AdSense
  • Google Display Network Impression Reporting
  • Demographics and Interests Reporting
  • DoubleClick Platform Integration

Third-party marketing vendors may be hired by us to perform remarketing services. As a result, third-party vendors, including Google, may show our ads on sites on the Internet. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to our website.
